Our client in the Electrical industry, based in Brackenfell, Cape Town, is looking for experienced **Site Agents.**

**Key Performance Areas**:
**Site Management**
- Ensure the site is in working order
- Management of all project plans
- Liaise with contracts manager, sub-contractors and main-contractor
- Ensure timeous tool and material availability
- Complete snagging and de-snagging

**Team Management**
- Ensure employee productivity
- Maintain employee discipline
- Manage employee timekeeping
- Motivation of team members

**Health and Safety Assurance**
- Ensure all staff comply with SHE regulations and specification
- Ensure health and safety file is up to date
- Attend and report to site-related instances as per SOP

**Quality Assurance**
- Maintain the highest quality on all jobs

**Administrative**
- All administrative functions related to the site management

**Qualification and Experience**:
8 years of work experience of which 3 years as a Site Agent

Electrical Trade Test Certificate

Wireman's license advantageous

**Job Type**: Full-time
