Role Overview
Are you a data-driven media expert with a passion for sports, iGaming, and the thrill of acquisition? Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Media Co-ordinator to join our client's dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be a key player in their customer acquisition efforts, responsible for the tactical execution and optimization of their paid media campaigns.
This position is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on co-ordinator who wants to evolve their career from execution to strategy. They offer a clear growth path to a Media Strategist role, where you will transition from managing campaigns to shaping the holistic media vision for the company.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition.
- Degree or Diploma in relevant field
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale media campaigns (experience in iGaming is a major plus).
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- A strategic mindset with a natural curiosity and a drive to find the "next big thing" in media.
- A passion for sports and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Lead the day-to-day management, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns across various platforms, including search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
- Budget: Manage media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance to meet ambitious CPA and ROI targets.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our Executive Creative Director and their team to provide data-backed feedback on creative performance and inform the development of new, high-impact assets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a small team of Media Coordinators, helping them develop their skills in campaign execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management, demonstrating campaign effectiveness and highlighting opportunities for growth.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor the latest industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Growth Path to Media Strategist:
- This role is designed as a direct pipeline to a Media Strategist position. In the first 12-18 months, your responsibilities will gradually shift to include:
- Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of our annual and quarterly media strategies, moving beyond tactical execution to big-picture planning.
- Audience Development: Leading in-depth audience research to identify new segments and opportunities for growth.
- Channel Innovation: Researching and proposing new media channels and platforms that align with our long-term acquisition goals.
- Holistic Approach: Developing integrated media plans that connect paid, owned, and earned channels to create a seamless customer journey.
