Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design | Visual Communication

- Minimum 5 years work experience as a Graphic Designer

- Proven experience in the conceptualisation, design, and implementation of:

Brochures

Sales presentations

Logos

Social media posts

Packaging labels

- Short form motion / video content, including animation, reels, social videos, and gifs

- Illustrations

- Infographics

Highly proficient in:

- Adobe Suite

- After Effects/Premier Pro or equivalent video editing software

- Illustrator

- InDesign

- Photoshop

Knowledge of:

- Latest design techniques, tools, and principles

- Typography

- Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques

A strong portfolio of:

- Visual communication designs

- Motion graphics

Capabilities:

- A high level of creativity and visual communication expertise (show not tell)

- Keen eye for aesthetics and details

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Solid organisational skills with the ability to co-ordinate and juggle multiple projects

- Adaptability, flexibility, resilience

- Proactive

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:
Interpret briefs / requests, define requirements, schedule projects
Create drafts, present and co-ordinate feedback, adjustment and sign off
Leverage and coordinate with multiple resources (internal and external)
Ensure brand consistency across all sales and marketing assets
Maintain and improve style guides and asset templates
Manage and maintain accurate filing of all sales and marketing material elements/assets
Provide support for portal and web site administration and other activities as required
Advantageous:
- Work experience within a technical environment (architectural, construction or engineering)
- UX Design experience
- Experience working in Lumion, Sketchup, Twinmotion and or Solidworks
Reporting
Reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager
