This role is key to ensuring our clients enjoy safe, seamless, and memorable journeys across South Africa.

What we're looking for:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Valid Code 10 Driver's License + PDP
  • 2–3 years' passenger driving experience (advantageous)
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays (must have own transport)
  • Sound knowledge of Cape Town / Winelands and surrounding areas

What you'll do:

  • Deliver services in line with ILIOS Travel's standards, policies, and procedures
  • Represent the company professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Execute transfers, tours, and meet & greet services according to confirmed itineraries
  • Research and prepare routes, maintain local knowledge, and manage on-the-ground issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients, operations, and partners
  • Safeguard company resources and complete required reporting
  • Attend briefings, training, and meetings as required
  • Support business operations with ad hoc driving, collections, or deliveries
