This is a full-time, remote role, preferably suited for candidates based in South Africa.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial, professional point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Masterfully direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring a seamless transfer of communication.
  • Handle all incoming communications with a consistently professional and articulate telephone manner.
  • Efficiently take and relay accurate messages, ensuring no critical information is missed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a receptionist, call-handling, or high-volume customer service role is essential.
  • Exceptional spoken English with a clear, professional, soft, or neutral accent.
  • Demonstrably strong communication and active listening skills.
  • The ability and comfort to work standard UK hours (Monday–Friday) from your remote location.
