The Client is seeking a professional and well-spoken Receptionist / Telephone Handler to serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every caller receives a friendly, efficient, and helpful experience, representing the company professionally at all times. This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, handle enquiries confidently, and maintain a high standard of telephone etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
  • Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing assistance or directing callers to the appropriate team members.
  • Take accurate and detailed messages when required and ensure they are communicated to the relevant person efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in call handling or working as a receptionist in a professional environment.
  • Excellent spoken English with a soft or neutral accent that ensures clear communication.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to handle calls effectively.
  • Comfortable and available to work UK hours consistently.
