POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for a Head of Sales
to drive growth for their cutting-edge credit risk software platform. This role requires a strategic, commercially focused leader with strong
FinTech or SaaS
experience.
This is a hands-on and strategic role — the successful candidate will drive business development initiatives, engage with existing clients, identify and secure new business ("new logos"), and build a high-performing sales team focused on diversifying and expanding the company's client base.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy, identifying new avenues for revenue, and ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and operational delivery.

What You'll Do
- Lead market expansion and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Position the credit risk software solution as the platform of choice in credit risk management.
- Build strong client, partner, and industry relationships.
- Work with product teams to shape feature enhancements and new releases.
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales and client engagement team.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in sales leadership roles.
- Experience in FinTech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and scaling teams.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
