Sense Food Product Development is expanding We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and passionate R&D and NPD Assistant to support our growing portfolio of food innovation projects. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, hands-on, and excited to work in a fast-paced product development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project management tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timelines.

  • Perform sample preparation and prototype development across various categories.

  • Handle procurement of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging for projects.

  • Capture and manage data from trials, experiments, and product evaluations.

  • Support recipe formulation, adjustments, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food Industry

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.

  • Strong organisational and admin skills.

  • Passion for food and innovation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Attention to detail and willingness to be hands-on in the R&D lab.
