Technical Sales Rep – Diesel Filtration

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Technical Sales Rep - Diesel Filtration, to serve as the technical expert for diesel filtration products, supporting sales, marketing, and customer service teams in the SADC and Kenya. This role involves deep product knowledge, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to drive product adoption and satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric.
• Technical qualification in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in diesel filtration, automotive parts, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of diesel engine systems and filtration technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Training of sales teams and customers
• Product Knowledge Accuracy

Responsibilities defined but not limited to the below.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of diesel filtration systems
• Provide technical support to sales teams and customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate filtration solutions.
• Address product-related inquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Assist in the creation of product marketing materials and presentations.
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing to highlight product benefits and differentiators.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, standards, and certifications
• Assist in product development and enhancements based on market feedback

Reporting Line: Sales Manager

Location: Meadowdale, Germiston

Salary Package: Market related

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R20 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
