Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in Cape Town Northern Suburbs. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and accurately recording financial transactions. Tasks will include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. The Bookkeeper will also use accounting software to complete various financial tasks and update relevant information in the system.

Qualifications

  • managing Bookkeeping tasks
  • Experience with Accounting Software and Finance operations
  • Ability to accurately record Journal Entries
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar role is beneficial
