Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service standards.
  • Monitor room occupancy, revenue performance, and departmental cost controls.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals and maintain service excellence.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and service protocols.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a 4-star or higher hospitality environment.
