Role Description

We're looking for a motivated
Real Estate Agent
to join our growing team as an
Independent Contractor
in the
East Rand, West Rand and Tshwane (Pretoria)
areas. In this role, you'll help clients
buy, sell, and rent
properties while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings and client consultations
• Advising on current market trends and property values
• Preparing and managing sales and rental documentation
• Negotiating offers and closing successful deals
• Building long-term relationships through expert guidance and professionalism

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License (FFC) and proven experience in real estate practices
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and marketing related to real estate transactions
• Knowledge of property laws, market trends, and property management practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus (Lightstone, Propcon, Payprop, Searchworks etc)
• Resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset
• Have your own car/transport & smartphone
