We're looking for a creative, digitally savvy, and highly motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong track record in growing brand presence online. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands platform-specific behaviours, and can confidently drive both strategy and execution across multiple digital channels.
This role requires hands-on experience in content creation, brand voice consistency, scheduling and publishing, community building, crisis management, audience engagement, digital trend awareness, and performance reporting. The successful candidate should also understand what it takes to grow audiences, create content that converts, and optimise campaigns based on insights.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the full social media strategy across key platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and tone of voice.
- Create engaging, platform-appropriate content (copy, images, videos, stories, reels, TikToks) that drives engagement and conversion.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency and timely rollout.
- Monitor, grow, and manage online communities, including responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
- Run and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest), focusing on reach, traffic, and conversions.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, viral moments, and platform updates, integrating fresh and relevant content ideas into the social strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, design, customer service) to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Support email and SMS marketing, including content creation and accuracy checking.
- Assist with content planning, shoots, and creative briefing to ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
Experience / Knowledge
- 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media strategies that grow audiences and drive conversions.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience running paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Solid understanding of platform analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Bloomreach, Confluence, Hootsuite, Clickup).
- Understanding of paid media, audience targeting, and optimisation metrics.
- Utilising AI in an effective manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
