We're looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to lead and drive sales across three provinces in the Central region in South Africa:

  • Central Region – covering Bloemfontein – Free State, Mafikeng – North West and Kimberley (Northern Cape.

The RSM will be responsible for the Central region, spearheading growth, managing sales teams, and expanding our footprint in their respective territories.

In addition, the RSM will be responsible for driving productivity and compliance by managing, coaching, and developing Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Mobile Sales Representatives (MSRs) across the assigned region.

The RSMs will provide strategic leadership across multiple territories, ensuring alignment with aYo's national objectives while tailoring execution to regional dynamics. This role requires extensive insurance industry experience, with a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and deliver sustainable growth.
