We're looking for a commercially sharp, strategically minded CFO to lead the charge on all things finance. This is your opportunity to partner directly with the board, own critical financial processes, and influence high-stakes decisions in a business backed by major institutional investors.

What You'll Be Driving:
  • Lead company-wide financial strategy, forecasting, and planning
  • Oversee cash flow, liquidity, capital structure, and treasury functions
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, driving excellence across accounting, controls, and reporting
  • Design scalable financial systems and processes to support growth and integration
  • Deliver investor-grade reporting — including board packs, dashboards, and financial models
  • Own statutory compliance (tax, ICASA, B-BBEE, company secretarial) and serve as governance custodian
  • Act as a key player in capital raises, acquisitions, and strategic expansion projects
What We're Looking For:
  • CA(SA) qualification with 10+ years post-articles experience, including at CFO/FD level
  • Proven track record in fundraising, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits
  • Hands-on leadership in acquisitions, integrations, and finance systems implementation
  • Experience managing institutional investor and lender relationships
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-heavy environments
  • Sector exposure in telecoms, fibre, or infrastructure is a strong plus
