About the Role 

We're looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead paid social strategy and execution for some of our largest clients across EMEA and North America. This role requires someone who blends creative performance thinking with data-driven optimisation — someone as confident in crafting full-funnel social strategies as they are managing Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid platforms. 

You'll collaborate closely with our Omnichannel Search, Creative, and Data teams to ensure paid social drives measurable growth and brand impact — integrating seamlessly with search, content, and influencer activity. 

What You'll Do 

  • Lead Paid Social Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.

    • Strategy & Planning: Build full-funnel paid social strategies that balance brand storytelling with performance objectives.

    • Performance Optimisation: Own targeting, creative testing, budget pacing, bid strategies, and ongoing performance analysis. 

    • Cross-Market Coordination: Manage campaigns across EMEA and North America, adapting to local market nuances and cultural insights. 

    • Reporting & Insights: Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that demonstrate impact and ROI. 

    • Creative Collaboration: Partner with content and design teams to test formats, creative concepts, and messaging frameworks. 

    • Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of algorithm updates, new features, and beta opportunities across social platforms. 

    • Omnichannel Integration: Work with SEO, Paid Search, and AI visibility teams to ensure social plays a strategic role in the wider funnel. 

About You 

  • 5–7+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns for global brands or large-scale budgets.

    • Expert knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaign management, with experience in Pinterest, X, and YouTube paid a plus.

    • Strong analytical mindset — able to translate complex data into clear, strategic action. 

    • Experience using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio. 

    • Deep understanding of creative best practice and how to optimise assets for performance. 

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles. 

    • Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage. 

Nice To Have 

  • Experience with AI-driven optimisation, automation tools, or data feed management.

    • Familiarity with influencer amplification, paid partnerships, or performance creator strategies.

    • Experience working across both B2C and B2B models in sectors such as FMCG, luxury, or technology. 

    • Understanding of privacy-first tracking, pixel management, and conversion APIs.
