We're looking for a Public Relations Executive with strong agency or client-side experience — someone who can confidently own PR campaigns and support broader marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts.

This role blends public relations, digital PR, and marketing, so it's perfect for someone who can craft compelling stories, secure meaningful media coverage, and contribute to multi-channel marketing campaigns that keep our clients front-of-mind.

If you've successfully pitched to journalists, managed client PR calendars, supported social and email campaigns, and delivered measurable results across both PR and marketing channels, you'll excel in this role.

This is not a newsroom or editorial journalism position.
We're specifically looking for candidates who understand the fast-paced, client-facing rhythm of agency work — balancing creativity with strategy, handling multiple accounts, and driving proactive outreach.

You'll be building narratives, strengthening media relationships, supporting content and marketing projects, and helping clients grow their visibility through strategic, integrated PR and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

PR & Media Relations

● Write press releases that stand out and gain traction

● Pitch to journalists and secure meaningful media coverage

● Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts

● Manage digital PR and outreach campaigns

● Monitor coverage and measure PR impact

Client & Campaign Support

● Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and email

● Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously

● Manage deadlines and priorities efficiently

● Communicate progress, challenges, and wins with the wider team

Growth & Strategy

● Drive the growth of PR and marketing services

● Identify opportunities for client coverage and thought leadership

● Attend industry events and networking opportunities

● Contribute new ideas and creative approaches to PR

Job requirements

Essential Experience

● Proven PR agency or in-house PR experience

● Confident pitching to journalists and securing coverage

● Experience with digital PR and outreach strategies

● Strong press release and copywriting skills

● Comfortable managing CRMs and media databases

● Excellent communication and time management skills

Tools & Platforms

● Microsoft Teams (for internal collaboration)

● Go High Level (CRM)

● Canva (for quick creative work)

● LinkedIn (for outreach and relationship building)

● PR monitoring and outreach tools

Bonus Skills

● Knowledge of SEO

● Experience in social media campaign management

● Email marketing expertise
