Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Representative for new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and financing options
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals with customers
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of automotive technology and trends
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
