Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance and Human Resources Administrator based in Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The role includes managing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor and employment laws. Key responsibilities also include maintaining and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), supporting HR management, overseeing payroll operations, monitoring expenses, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. Collaboration with internal departments and offering administrative support for employee-related matters will also be essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, policies, and recruitment
  • Experience with Benefits Administration and HR Management practices
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and their applications
  • Understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure adherence to regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in financial administration and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; accounting or HR software familiarity is a plus

Requirement

Knowledge of System - Sage Evolution and BPO (Nucleus) / Sage Payroll
