Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialists – AquaWatts and MediQal Health

Position Summary:

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialists to join our infrastructure and medical teams.

These individuals will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting new clients to utilize our plumbing and electrician services, together with our medical services. The ideal candidates must have experience in sales, marketing, and must be passionate about improving access to affordable plumbing and electricians, and medical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients (individual households) through door-to-door visits and mall active recruitments.

Promote the benefits and value of our services, including lower costs for services as call-out fees are eliminated.

Register these recruited clients onto the service and ensure that they pay their registration and monthly premiums.

Educate potential clients about pricing, service availability, and quality.

Represent the organization professionally when recruiting clients.

Qualifications:

A Grade 12 certificate is compulsory.

Bachelor's degree in marketing (an added advantage for candidates).

2+ years of experience in sales or client acquisition (an added advantage for candidates).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to travel locally within your Municipality to recruit clients daily is compulsory.

Remuneration:

The positions are commission paying. (You will receive payment for each successful recruitment that pays their first monthly premium and the registration fee)
