Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at PLP Labels. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, and addressing inquiries promptly to ensure excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include training clients, managing sales pipelines, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaboration with the team to align goals and implement best practices is an essential part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets
  • Capability to conduct Training sessions and product demonstrations for clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote work environment
