Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Pretoria. In this position, the Sales Specialist will engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, meet sales targets, and maintain strong relationships. Daily tasks include communicating with customers, offering outstanding customer service, preparing sales strategies, and participating in training sessions aimed at improving sales techniques. The role requires proactive identification of new business opportunities and collaboration with internal teams for optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management capabilities to achieve and exceed targets
  • Experience in Training and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the research or consultancy domains would be advantageous
