Role Description

These are full-time, on-site roles The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, managing team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails stock management, maintaining store standards, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and their pets. Collaboration with team members to address customer needs and meet company objectives will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to effectively oversee operations and minimize risks. Reporting and stong leadership skills are essential.
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills to engage with both customers and the team effectively.
  • Experience in retail environment or store management (including some HR experience) is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet performance goals.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Passion for animals and understanding of pet care products and services is a strong advantage.
