Delivery Driver (Code 8 License + Valid PdP)

We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Code 8 Delivery Driver to join our team in Cape Town. If you take pride in excellent customer service, enjoy being on the road, and can be trusted to handle deliveries with care, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a Code 8 vehicle to complete early morning delivery routes

Collect and deliver goods to clients in a timely and professional manner

Verify delivery information, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records

Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs

Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients

Ensure goods are handled with care and loaded/unloaded safely

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid Code 8 driver's license (clear driving record)
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver (minimum 2 years driving experience)
  • Excellent knowledge of local Cape Town routes and traffic regulations
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move packages when required
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
  • Must be comfortable working early morning shifts
  • Willing to assist Van Assistants in loading and offloading.
