What are we looking for?

We're looking for a CFO who's not just a numbers person, but a real business partner.

Someone who knows how to build, analyze, and lead.

You'll own the company's financial engine, from FP&A and forecasting to investor relations and funding, and help shape strategy across all activities.

This role is both strategic and hands-on: you'll work closely with the founders and leadership team, dive deep into the details, and make sure decisions are backed by solid data and sharp insights.

What you'll be doingStrategic Finance & Growth
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop business plans, assess M&A opportunities, and drive business growth.
  • Build clear financial models and KPIs that guide decisions across all activities.
Investor Relations & Capital Strategy
  • Own relationships with banks, funds, and investors. Manage debt, equity, and hybrid financing.
  • Lead fundraising and M&A processes: due diligence, term sheets, capital structure.
  • Build and maintain investor materials that show the company's vision and performance.
Global Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee group consolidation and reporting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
  • Manage cash flow, collections, and payments infrastructure, including treasury, controls, and signatory rights.
  • Supervise tax strategy and compliance (transfer pricing, VAT, withholding, cross-border structuring).
  • Maintain the company's data room and ensure audit readiness.
  • Lead financial and legal reporting to local authorities and regulators.
Leadership & Team Building
  • Manage and mentor the finance team (office manager, group controller), expanding capabilities as the company scales.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including banks, accountants, lawyers, and relevant authorities.
  • Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and collaboration across a fully remote global organization.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Rich experience in mobile apps or tech subscription-based businesses.
  • Proven experience in FP&A, fundraising (debt & equity), and investor relations.
  • Strong financial and legal understanding of international operations and multi-entity structures.
  • Sharp with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Hands-on and detail-oriented - you should love rolling up your sleeves and delivering impactful outcomes.
  • A great communicator, especially in a remote and global team.
  • Builder mindset - you know how to create systems, structure, and scale.

Lines of communication:

  • Directly report to the CEO.
  • Work closely with the COO, especially during onboarding.
  • External communication with investors, authorities, and service providers.

  • Certified CPA
