Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 IT Support Engineer with a background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. The successful candidate will support multiple clients across Microsoft ecosystems providing responsive, high-quality technical support and proactive system management.

The role requires strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Intune device management, and Windows desktop support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Level 12 technical support for Microsoft 365 and Windows users.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
  • Manage Intune MDM/MAM policies, device enrollments, compliance settings, and app deployments.
  • Handle Windows 10/11 system issues including patching, updates, and performance optimization.
  • Administer Active Directory / Azure AD, including user provisioning, security groups, and access policies.
  • Support network connectivity and core infrastructure (VPNs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, printers).
  • Monitor endpoints and tickets through MSP tools (ConnectWise, Datto, Atera, NinjaOne, or similar).
  • Document environments, incidents, and resolutions accurately and consistently.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on escalations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 24 years experience in an MSP or IT outsourcing environment.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Intune device management.
  • Proficient in Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD and network fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Desirable Skills
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, or AZ-104).
  • Experience with RMM/PSA tools (Datto, NinjaOne, Atera, ConnectWise).
  • Exposure to endpoint protection, EDR, or backup solutions.
  • Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-based client environments.
