specializing in
Finance & Operations (F&O)
,
Supply Chain Management
, and
Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR functional areas.
  • Conduct detailed business process analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into functional design specifications.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize and automate processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage system setup, data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Provide training, guidance, and post-implementation support to end-users and business teams.
  • Collaborate with technical developers to design custom solutions, integrations, and reports.
  • Ensure system data integrity, compliance, and alignment with financial and HR policies.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of financial reports, supply chain dashboards, and HR analytics within the system.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in system configuration and user experience.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, apply patches, and enhance overall system performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in related field.

5+
years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, or HR modules).

Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation methodologies.

Experience in configuration, testing, user training, and support.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be an advantage.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
