Introduction

A Company based in Maitland, Cape Town is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team in the KZN Region where this individual will be based. The Sales Representative will play a vital role in driving sales and efficiently managing sales administrative responsibilities. The role involves achieving sales targets,

prospecting for new clients through cold calling and networking, building client relationships, and effectively handling customer complaints and queries. This role also requires extensive travelling which means, having your own vehicle and a valid driver's license will be a key requirement.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new client

s: This involves cold calling, organizing daily work schedules to visit potential sales outlets, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships:

Service existing accounts, build long-term relationships, and understand client needs to provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve sales targets:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.
- Plan and strategize:

Develop strategies to expand market presence and focus sales efforts on high-potential areas.
- Maintain records:

Keep accurate sales records, track client interactions, and provide regular reports to management using CRM or other systems.
- Effective Problem Solving and Customer Service:

Timeously resolve customer queries and deliver excellence service to customers

Desired Experience & Qualification

·       Minimum High School Matric Certificate.

·       Any tertiary educations will be an advantage

· years of experience in FMCG sales B2B Environment and cold calling on prospecting clients.

·       Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

·       Good knowledge and understanding of CRM systems and other sales tools

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

·       Own vehicle and valid driver's license.

·       Willingness to travel to different locations and spend time away from home.

Package & Remuneration

·       
A combination of a base salary plus commission, with commission being based on performance against targets.

R15000-R Car Allowance + Petrol Card + Cell Phone Allowance + Commission
