My client is looking for someone based in Somerset West to take up the role of Operations Coordinator ASAP.

Job description:

To liaise with
customers old & new
, to ensure complete
satisfaction of all customers
resulting in
sales and customer satisfaction
at all times and to complete all
admin related tasks
relevant to the business.

Supporting Duties of This Role:

  • To create
    tasks for field team
    to action the work booked.
  • To maintain
    correct and updated records
    on the database from services rendered.
  • To
    add new customers
    to the
    CRM
    and ensure customer information is
    up to date
    on the system.
  • To send
    quotations
    as required.
  • Process purchase orders
    and GRV stock on our system.
  • Stock Control & Receiving goods and m
    anage
    stock takes.
  • To check that Jobcards are correctly competed by field teams.
  • Follow up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction of the work completed.
  • Invoice customers
    once the jobcards are handed in and all work has been completed to the satisfaction of the customer.

Detailed Duties of This Role:

  • Manage the field teams daily work schedule
    by adding all bookings received.
  • Manage call outs
    from customers and ensuring a field team member responds to the call out.
  • Ensure
    clear communication channels
    between the office, the field team and the customer.
  • On completion of the daily jobs carried out,
    capture the information correctly to database
    .
  • Update CRM
    with new clients and services dates.
  • Together with field team ensure that all
    repairs are dealt with timeously
    to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure
    sales to new and existing clients
    by following the sales process to completion and ensuring that the product is successfully installed.
  • To Ensure that our customers are
    contacted on a regular basis
    to ensure satisfaction of services rendered and to enquire if there are any upselling opportunities. We are always working in the best interests of the customer, helping them make the best decisions for them.
  • To
    handle customer complaints
    if any to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in
    ALL other departments
    as per operational requirements.
