🏆 Your Objective 💡 Close > $250k in annual contract value 🥷🏽 How you'll help us achieve it Day-to-day, you will help us generate new revenues by sealing partnerships with Medium to large insurers and insurance brokers in North, East, or Southern Africa. You will: Develop a Sales territory by conducting outbound sales campaigns aimed at winning business for CuracelBuild a healthy pipeline of business to reflect the potential for Curacel in the region, and work to qualify viable opportunities to close business in the medium termMeet or exceed a sales quota for net new business with the targeted customers (insurers or brokers) over the reporting periodJointly manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, with support from leadership within the organisationServe as the primary point of contact on the ground, within your region, to coordinate customer engagement on sales activities; discovery, demos, POC’s etc.Effectively use CRM tools to manage the entire sales process, providing accurate and timely reports on deal statusesChannel feedback from the market, customers and prospects to the company, to enhance our product offering and market positionReport to the CEO/Head of Sales 🚀 Requirements Highly disciplined, self-motivated - to execute well in a fast-paced environmentUnderstands sales process and the need for timely updatesGoal-getter, creative thinker & solution oriented.Agile learner with a competitive spirit.Proven track record of exceeding sales quota preferably in Enterprise Technology Solution Sales.Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, selling to FSI’s/Enterprise businesses in multiple countries in Sub Saharan Africa.Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks such as consultative selling, MEDDIC, etc.Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Bonus points if you Have SaaS experienceHave existing network and experience selling to the insurance industryHave Business proficiency in Arabic, French, Swahili
