The Role: Italian-Speaking Resource Consultant / Resource Analyst As a Resource Consultant, your core focus is to power the company's recruitment engine by building a rich, structured talent database and producing high-quality market insights. You'll use research and data-driven methods to map competitors, identify key talent, and support hiring managers with qualified candidate pipelines. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment analytics, talent engagement, and working in a high-energy, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities 1-3 years experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent mappingMap 10-12 key competitors across 45+ branches in the Netherlands and UKIdentify and document key personnel (e.g., Branch Managers, Sales Managers)Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and internal toolsReconnect with past candidates to build and maintain a warm pipelineMaintain accurate and structured data in the CRM systemProduce actionable competitor insights and market intelligence reportsPartner with regional leaders and hiring managers on role requirementsSupport recruitment leads with qualified shortlists for immediate and future rolesUphold high standards of data accuracy and administrative discipline About You Native or C1/C2 fluency in Italian (written and spoken)1-3 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent intelligenceExperience in wholesale, sales, or industrial sectors is a plusStrong research skills and the ability to handle large datasetsProficient in LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, CRMs, and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with recruitment software and IP phone systems (training provided)Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and methodicalStrong communication skills and professional outreach etiquetteProactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup
