The Role: Salesforce Consultant As a Salesforce Consultant, you'll take the lead in delivering tailored Salesforce solutions that align with client goals. From requirement gathering to solution design, configuration, training, and ongoing support, you'll own the full project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction at every step. You'll also work across multiple clouds, including CPQ and Revenue Operations, where relevant. Key Responsibilities Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce Functional ConsultantAct as the primary client contact for business analysis and solution mappingGather and validate functional and technical requirementsDesign and implement Salesforce solutions, including CPQ and RevOps where applicableConfigure and customise Salesforce to meet client specificationsManage data migration from legacy systemsDevelop and carry out test plans to ensure solution qualityDeliver user training and support for adoptionCreate detailed documentation, including process flows and user guidesSupport project management, timelines, and issue resolutionProvide post-implementation support and recommend enhancements About You 3+ years Salesforce consulting experience with successful implementationsBroad knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales, Service, Nonprofit Cloud, and CPQ/RevOpsSalesforce certifications preferred: Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ SpecialistExcellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilityAble to work independently and collaborativelyFamiliarity with project management methodologies
