Recruiter / Talent Search Specialist (inhouse and agency)  ONSITE AND REMOTE (Cape Town / Pretoria) We specialize in connecting top talent with companies in various industries. Our mission is to help our clients find the best candidates for their open positions while providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process. ROLE We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Recruiters / Talent Search Specialists to join our team, and also roles with our clients -Various location - immediate need - Pretoria. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for our clients' open positions. DUTIES Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentUtilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidatesConduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific rolesBuild and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide timely and accurate updates on candidate progressProvide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and facilitating on-boardingStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency settingProven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries and rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing and candidate management If you are passionate about connecting talented individuals with their dream jobs and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you R25 000 flat finders fee with Desiree - 50/50 split
