**Overview of the role**

As an addition to the Ten Project Management Office, you will be required to own and deliver internal and external projects, and project-critical tasks.

Reporting to Ten’s Group Programme Director, you will collaborate with operational colleagues, business development teams, business support roles and corporate clients. Ten’s PMO plays a key role in supporting the business globally to successfully launch and transition services, and implement business improvement projects and innovations.

**Key responsibilities**

With a hugely exciting program of pipeline projects, this role is integral to: establishing client confidence early; realising Ten’s business objectives to support growth; aligning practices and plans with Ten’s vision and values; and setting in place the foundations of excellent service delivery.

**You will be**:

- Working collaboratively with Ten’s Group Programme Director, and a broad range of business stakeholders and external clients
- Taking excellent briefs and engaging with all stakeholders to understand and refine objectives
- Drafting and structuring workstream delivery plans in consultation with project sponsors and stakeholders, and in line with objectives defined by the Group Programme Director
- Steering and managing deliverables from project briefing through to fruition.
- Creating, owning, maintaining and sharing project plans and progress reports
- Identifying and flagging project risks, devising and executing mitigation strategies and corrective actions programmes
- Designing fit-for-purpose processes and refining user journeys
- Delegating roles and responsibilities and briefing stakeholders
- Distributing project meeting agendas and minutes in a timely fashion
- Creating presentations, detailing project strategies and progress reporting for client delivery
- Supporting the delivery of post-project lessons learned reporting

**Requirements**:

- Experience managing a broad range of projects
- Experience of project managing internal and external-facing projects
- Experience in creating strong project structures, Gantt chart formats
- Strong leadership, sense of accountability and flexibility
- Client and stakeholder management at senior level
- Proactive can-do approach and willingness to intervene and provide support if risks to delivery become apparent
- Experience of troubleshooting, identifying and recovering failing projects and adopting corrective actions
- Shaping project briefs and briefing stakeholders (you must be able to acquire and document client requirements succinctly)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- An exceptional ambassador for Ten, who can listen carefully to client requirements, reconcile with internal practices, set expectations and negotiate compromises intelligently
- Evidence of collaboratively working with workstream owners to complete critical actions
- Attention to detail will be vital. Ten are held to account not just for the quality of their end product but the quality and professionalism of their client interactions and deliverables in the course of every implementation
