A Senior Project Manager is required in the BI project space. The Project manager will be responsible for co-ordination, effective planning and understanding of the various interdependencies. The BI projects require the Senior Project Manager to deliver the strategic SIIC (Strategic Initiative Investment Committee) funded BI initiative within the constrained (stipulated) delivery timeline.
- Sound Knowledge of Short-Term Insurance business context and BI projects experience and capabilities would be advantageous.

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Managing the production of the required deliverables. Planning and monitoring the project. Formulating and executing plan. Monitoring and reporting on project progress.
- Executive and cross-company stakeholder engagement with strong strategic thinking and analysis. Business case and Benefits development and tracking. Innovative and creative thinking. The person will be working in BI Team as a Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible to shape delivery of strategic initiatives and manage execution. They will manage risks, issues and constraints and offers alternative where possible. You will work closely with key stakeholders, Change managers’, Business Analysts, BI developers and all integration areas.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Project Management certification and BI Projects environment experience and skills.
- Proven Project Management skills, strategic thinking.
- Facilitation of Steerco.
- Partnership and stakeholder engagement.
- Future & Design Thinking.
- Desired Project skills (10yrs+) and Project Management within Agile environment.
- Knowledge of Short-term insurance business and BI Projects experience and capabilities. (advantageous)
