Key Purpose Statement**
The overall purpose of this role will be to build and maintain the reputation and public image of Crawford International Schools. This role will create awareness and spread the organisations message and minimise the effect of negative publicity. The role will also be accountable for shaping and improving the brands public image both nationally and globally.

Principal Accountabilities**

Brand Identity**
- Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
- Formulate PR plans and strategies to increase brand awareness
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring consistency of brand material used at all CIS schools
- Maintaining a positive brand reputation
- Development and conceptualisation of quarterly campaigns
- Market research to enable benchmarking of brand awareness in comparison to competitors
- Effective relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and manage the content and design of all marketing materials
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
- Plan and manage the content and design of all marketing materials

- Track and report on paid earned and owned media

Media Relations**
- Identifying, building and maintaining strong media relationships within the community and region in which the different schools are located
- Output of monthly (targeted number) media releases and or caption stories for internal and external use, in order to reach annual brand PR exposure/publicity target
- Networking with media when they attend any campus events
- Liaise with the ADvTECH Support Office in any crisis management situations (PR/media)
- Support individual schools with events and media representation
- Researching and writing articles for internal and external publications

Vendor Management**
- Identifying and selecting brand and school service providers which will provide services for the PR portfolio. This includes and is not limited to: photographers, printers, sound technicians
- Effective briefing of approved vendors and liaise with other school staff to ensure an even spread coverage of sport, social, academic, cultural and community engagement events are effectively captured (in particular for media release and caption story purposes)

Communication**
- Responsible for all communication shared via all social media platforms
- Compile press releases, memorandums, and speeches for the brand management team
- Managing the scheduling and interviewing of the brand management team to increase the visibility of the team and brand (internal and externally)
- Responsible for ensuring key journalists/media representatives are invited to brand events such as open days
- Responsible for crisis communication with support from ADvTECH Support Office where necessary
