We are looking for a highly efficient and technically minded Site Agent / Project Manager / Construction Manager. You will be joining a well established medium sized construction company based in the Cape Town operating for the last 17 years in the construction and renovations sector.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work on CCS in generating and updating programmes.
- Compile and submit progress reports.
- Manage and drive progress on sites.
- Manage site management teams including OHS, Site Agents, Site Engineers and Foremen.
- Take responsibility for project quality and QA documentation.
- Represent the company in meetings.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best value.
- Arranging and signing off on material requests.
- Ensure that all sites are safe for work.
- Handle all contractual and legislative correspondence timeously.
- Ensure financial performance.

**Key Qualities/ Qualifications**:

- Btech/ BSc in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management.
- 6 years technical experience and 4 years managerial.
- SACPCMP Construction Management registration advantageous.
- A thorough understanding of JBCC and NEC contracts.
- Meticulous in document management and implementation of processes.
- High degree of ethics and representation of company values.
- Able to communicate at all levels and build on current relationships while able to forge new with professionals, clients, subcontractors and staff.
- Great leadership qualities.
- In this post you will report to the Contract Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R30 000,00 - R50 000,00 per month
