As a direct sales agent, you will be the face of our company, interacting directly with potential customers and building relationships to promote our products. You will play a crucial role in increasing our customer base and achieving sales targets. Your main goal will be to generate revenue through direct sales and provide exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in sales. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. This is a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to adapt quickly to changes and be flexible in your approach.

**Responsibilities**:
Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat sales.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, benefits, and pricing.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively present our products and differentiate them from the competition.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
