As a general sales agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximising sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Actively approach customers, providing assistance and product recommendations
Promote and sell products and services to customers, utilising excellent product knowledge
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist with merchandising and maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
**Requirements**:
NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with customers
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
