**Duration: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract**:
**Purpose of the Job**:
Creation of surveys, collation of data and reports in order to enable the business units to measure supply chain efficiencies.

**What You'll Have Done Before**:
**Baseline**
- Grade 12/Matric or NQF Level 4
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 Years Customer Experience
- 1 Year Data Analysis Experience
- Awareness of Industry, Business Trends & Issue, processes & outcomes and how they impact on customer &business results

**Advantageous**
- Diploma/Degree

**What You'll Be Doing**:
**Business Communication**
- Liaise with business/ TL to ensure a thorough understanding of project
- Decipher customer requirements in order to ascertain reporting requirements
- Communication/reporting to survey TL

**Surveys**
- Draft Surveys ensuring no ambiguity in phrasing
- Survey preparation from word documents into Online Survey Monkey (survey tool) format
- Survey CSI

**Reports**
- Compiles reports. Translates feedback from the survey tool into excel spreadsheets
- Generates relevant data and reports within non-negotiable deadlines.

**Data Analysis**
- Analyses survey scores/ results /trends and makes recommendations from the findings.
- Prepares feedback presentations

**Talent Management**
- Survey Agent performance data collation
