**OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Account Director is responsible for the successful leadership of the client’s business team across all relevant services, to deliver solutions that will ultimately grow Incubeta’s clients’ business as well as its own.
This would include the development and management of client strategies and / or solutions, as well as internal management of business expectations through the day to day and strategic account management of the accounts.
The Account Director is expected to build strong relationships with clients at a senior level in order to build trust and enable seamless working relationships across all levels in the relationship.
This role is required to provide leadership to internal teams, particularly Account Managers, within their client portfolio. Mentorship and growth of Account Managers is a key requirement.
**THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
The purpose of the role is to partner with Incubeta clients and truly interrogate and understand their business needs. Working with the wider consultancy and strategy teams, the Account Director must be able to translate these insights into solutions that will move the needle on their clients’ business.
Ultimately, the Account Director is expected to grow their client portfolios by adopting a client centric approach, delivering the highest level of service across all touch points of our business and of theirs.
**PLACE WITHIN ORGANISATION**
- Leads a portfolio of accounts, across client service and into operations, media planning, consultancy and delivery.
- Collaborates with counterparts in other teams to identify better ways of working and / or new services.
- Reporting into Business Unit Director.
**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
**_ IMPERATIVE_**
- 4 -5 years client service experience within a digital media agency / technology consultancy, ideally within the performance environment.
- 3+ years’ experience within the Digital Marketing environment ( Paid Media experience is preferable).
- Advanced level of experience managing budgets
- Advanced level of experience managing teams ensuring they deliver against client’s business objectives meeting the agreed service level agreements requirements
- Advanced level of experience within Project Management Advanced level of experience in developing digital marketing strategies across various digital platforms
**_ADVANTAGE_**
- 1+ years of experience Account Director/ Business Unit Director experience.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform
- Knowledge of digital transformation projects
- Experience on project management tools such as Podio, Jira or Slack
- CRM experience
- Mobile / App experience
- Google certifications that are up to date Intermediate level of experience working on Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive etc.)

**TASKS**
- Cultivate client relationships to drive business goals and identify potential future opportunities (cross-selling, up-selling)
- Expand clients' strategies across the various different digital channels or Incubeta services based on their business needs resulting in client growth and increased revenue.
- Develop, manage and implement the client portfolio’s financial plans including forecasting, profitability monitoring, negotiating commercials etc.
- Translate client needs and provide strategic alignment and guidance to drive client's business goals and objectives which include taking detailed briefs, compiling cost estimates or scope of works, debriefing internal teams.
- Present solution pitches, media strategies, performance reporting to drive meaningful insight for clients’ needs and their business
- Drive organisational growth through Client goals by developing and implementing a digital marketing strategies and overall digital transformation roadmap.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns or projects plans to ensure the client objectives are timeously achieved. Keep leadership team informed of the status of client accounts
- Prepare and manage Annual, Quarterly and Monthly client billing, forecasts and budgets.
- Co-create and collaborate with other Departments to ensure that high-quality campaigns and projects are delivered for clients
