**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Support**: Oversee daily office operations, manage schedules, and coordinate meetings to ensure efficient workflow within the construction office.
- **Document Management**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible.
- **Communication Liaison**: Act as a point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in the preparation of bid packages, oversee subcontractor and vendor hiring processes, and compile detailed on-site construction activity logs to track project progress.
- **Budgeting and Financial Tracking**: Support budgeting efforts and financial tracking for construction projects, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and project budgets.
- **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, monitoring project activities to maintain a safe working environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 3-5 years of experience in an office management role within the construction industry or a similar environment.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software, with a good understanding of construction terminology and practices.
- **Attention to Detail**: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
