General Office Administration
- General Office Administrative functions
- Co-ordinate and arrange meetings where necessary and ensure boardroom bookings are managed
- Maintain calendars where necessary
- Arrange and book all travel, transport and accommodation
- Manage trave POs and ensure payment and closing of POs
- Book venues for meetings and manage with facility/vendor.
- Support and drive recognition, birthday wishes and celebrations surrounding our people
- Prepare agendas and minutes where necessary
- Develop and grow relationships with service providers such as Sauce, Travkor, Panda, Courier and HiSide
- Assist with the induction of new employees
- Capex and stationary administration and management thereof in line with the approved budget
- Process POs and Invoices where required and process claims
- Management, co-ordination and responsibility for arranging all NFF meetings, Regional Roadshows, Integrated Demand Planning meetings and any other Brand internal functions
- Minute taking as and when required
- Manage and redirect where necessary all website customer enquiries effectively
- Assist and manage distribution of Brand Newsletters
- Management of the online distribution lists to ensure they are kept up to date with the relevant people
- Manage all catering orders for meeting and events within budget
- A minimum of Grade 12
- A Business or Admin related Diploma/Degree would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the FMCG/Food Franchising industry
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in and Administrative role for a Senior or Executive role
- Advanced skills in MS office - word, excel, power point
