**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and support Wealth Adviser by dealing with client queries telephonically or by written correspondence as required
- Manage incoming calls and make sure that all calls are attended to in an efficient and timeous manner
- Work closely with Wealth Adviser
- Provide ongoing feedback to clients
- Preparing and implementing investment proposals
- Assist clients with completing forms, check forms for correctness, updating of client information, obtain all FICA related information from client
- Ensure all electronic documents are loaded on the internal system
- Responsible for client’s portfolio switches, rebalances, withdrawals, investment allocation, local and offshore share portfolios
- Prepare cash flow analysis and retirement planning calculations
- Dealing with script transfers, personal share portfolios and load fees on IRESS system

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Post graduate diploma in Financial Planning or BCom qualification (Advantageous )
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in Financial Services industry
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
