**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Management**:

- Oversee the entire human resources function, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Facilitate employee development and training initiatives.
- Handle employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address health and safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.

**Payroll Administration**:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processes for the organization.
- Capture and load new employee information into the payroll system.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including the calculation of hours, benefits, and deductions.
- Prepare and submit relevant payroll reports.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and employment regulations affecting payroll.

**Employee Benefits Administration**:

- Administer employee benefit programs, including medical insurance and pension plans.
- Update and maintain employee benefit records.
- Assist employees with benefit-related queries.

**Disciplinary Actions and Employee Relations**:

- Handle disciplinary actions and warnings in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct investigations into employee-related issues.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts.

**Legal Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and update policies and procedures accordingly.

**Training Coordination**:

- Coordinate training programs, including arranging quotes for first aid, crane truck, and forklift training.
