Your key **job** responsibilities as the **Human Resources Officer** in **Cape Town** will include:

- Support & coordination of local recruiting process
- Support & coordination of searching process
- Coordination of all HR matters with Regional Manager/ Managing Director Export Hub and HR Manager
- Issuing of local standard employment contracts in cooperation with HR Department and local legal advisor
- Guarantee adherence to PRO-fit regulations
- Forwarding monthly staff list to HR Officer
- Creation of users data and continuous updates
- Coordination of general personnel development measurements with HR Manager and Corporate Governance
- Deletion of user data
- Coordinating local termination process

Requirements for this **Human Resources Officer job** in **Cape Town**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
- Passion for healthcare is a plus
- Knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations is a must
