***:**_Key Responsibilities:_**

**- **Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant in a friendly and professional manner**

**- **Assist in setting up and maintaining the dining area, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware**

**- **Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system**

**- **Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner**

**- **Ensure all guests' needs are met and any special requests are accommodated**

**- **Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations when necessary**

**- **Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly**

**- **Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables**

**- **Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic dining experience for guests**

**- **Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service**

**- **Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed**

**- **Attend all required training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures**

**- **Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or other supervisors**

**Q**_ualifications:_**

**- **High school diploma or equivalent**

**- **Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred**

**- **Strong communication and customer service skills**

**- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously**

**- **Basic math and computer skills**

**- **Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays**

**- **Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds**

**- **Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus**
