**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Certificate in office administration/ supervisory role.
- Proven experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Customer service skills
- Computer literate (MS Microsoft word, excel, outlook) is advantageous
- Self -motivated and ability to work independently.
- Competent on job specific in-house job skills.
- Detail and accuracy orientated.
- Willing to work overtime.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily production targets in accordance with the overall production plan.
- Report any deviations from the daily production target plan.
- Implement corrective actions on any deviations on the plan.
- Ensure that food safety and quality standards and practices are maintained.
- Assist with the recording of time and attendance for their employees
- Assist with employee leave planning.
- Maintain all company housekeeping standards on a daily basis as per schedule and on time within their departments
- Monitor work attendance.
- Report all unsafe working conditions to the Shift Manager
- Maintain good employee relationships.
- Assist in maintaining discipline in the section.
- Accurate filling and controlling of all relevant documents
