**Role Description**:
Responsibilities include managing strategic supplier relationships, tracking supply chain requirements, negotiating, and administering critical supply agreements in support of Projects. Procurement activities will support the Service, Sales, and Operations department within the company.
- Lead commercial negotiations for the Service, Sales, and Operations departmental procurement
- Ensure that terms and conditions are in line with market expectations and align with all applicable service agreements
- Prepare manual requisition for overheads and allocate costs to relevant cost centers
- Follow up and expedite Purchase Requisition (PR) approval with the responsible cost center managers
- Process PRs with missing data/ information, i.e., selected suppliers, ensure prices are complete/updated
- Purchase Order (PO) creation and distribution to suppliersCreate internal orders on SAP & JD Edwards plus do goods receipt and material transfers
- Ensure and expedite delivery of goods and service procured
- Maintain existing commercial relationships with key equipment suppliers and endeavor to evaluate, establish, and cultivate new relationships with strategic suppliers
- Support procurement and supply chain development in new markets and countries of operation in line with compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements, including qualifying and auditing suppliers in collaboration with technical and compliance teams
- Collaborate with the technical procurement, engineering, construction, and operations teams to analyze procurement options and to assist in making equipment supply recommendations that best position companies pipeline of projects for both the Service, Sales and Operations departments
- Assist in the preparation and management of Request for Proposal packages as well as evaluation of all equipment supply bids
- Analyze market trends and government/regulatory conditions and assess their impact on future activities to provide strategy recommendations to leadership

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Relevant qualification together with procurement experience or alternatively 5 years proven relevant experience
- Drivers License
- Office suite professional and other Suites are a plus
- JD Edwards trained and experienced
- SAP trained and experienced
