**Position**:
Join our fast-growing company as our first Growth Team member, working directly with founders to manage our podcast-driven customer acquisition engine. You'll be responsible for end-to-end growth operations, leveraging AI technology to optimize and scale our processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the guest booking pipeline and communication.
- Execute** outreach campaigns** to secure high-value podcast guests.
- Prepare and distribute materials for hosts and guests, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Coordinate recording schedules and manage follow-ups.
- Generate show notes and **social media content**using AI tools.
- ** Upload and manage website content**, ensuring accurate distribution.
- Execute **social media strategies** across platforms to boost audience engagement.
- Manage the **sales pipeline** and follow-up processes.
- ** Maintain and optimize CRM systems**for efficiency and accuracy.
- Track, analyze, and **report on sales metrics** to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Weekly new guest bookings
- Weekly podcast episode publications
- Sales meeting conversion rate
- Deal closure rate
